Fourth of July

The fourth of July is a big day in the Patterson house. It is Brian's favorite holiday by far. We had a great day, we just hung out with family and had a bbq, and watched fireworks. I am so beyond grateful to the men and women who serve our country. Especially my soldier. Brian has served one tour in Afghanistan and we flew the flag he got from Afghanistan on the Fourth. I am so proud of him and thankful for his service!!

Cousin Camp

My family decided to do a cousin camp this year with my Grandma her brother and all of the kids and grandkids, I think the final number was 72 people that came. It was so much fun to be able to spend time with family. Blake had a cold so he was not very much fun at night and I am sure people wanted us to take our crabby baby home, sorry if he kept you up at least he is cute!! I only had 3 pictures on my camera, I officially stink at taking pictures. Blake had a great time with his cousin Jace who is only 10 weeks older. I will find some pictures of them and post them later. 

Oh how I love Blake's silly faces he makes :) 

3 Months

I can't believe my baby is 3 months. It goes by way to fast. Mister Blake LOVES to be held. He will let us put him down for a little while and then he is ready to be cuddled again. I can't say I mind to much, he is just my little cuddle bug! Blake has started to smile more and has giggled at us a few times. He still hates his car seat with a passion, which makes it not so much fun to drive anywhere. I promise my baby smiles, just not when I pull out the camera, Ipad, or even my cell phone, bummer. We love our little boy so much and cannot imagine life without him.

Blake's First Trip

Mister Blake went on his first trip this weekend. We went camping with my parents and one of my sisters and her little family. We didn't get a lot of pictures but we did get a few. Brian went fishing with my dad a couple of times and caught a fish. Blake and I hung out with Mamma and waited for Ashlee to come up. We went swimming and it was Blake's first time in a pool, he LOVED it. I was really nervous about him not liking it because he hated his bath the first time he had one, but he thought it was great. He enjoyed cuddling with whoever was holding him and watching all the cool new things that were around. 

We have lots of trips coming up so we are very excited he enjoyed this short camping trip. For the next couple of weeks we have a trip every week. Mind you a trip for us is a car ride longer then 20 minutes:)
I need to upload a few more pictures- I can't leave Brian and his fish out :)
